We have a 15-day return policy, so you have 15 days from the date you receive your product to make a return request.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You
'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll send a return shipping label, with instructions on how and where to send your package. Packages sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and inform us immediately if the product is defective, damaged or the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the situation and correct it.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
There are some items that can not be returned, such as perishable products (e.g., foods, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or monogrammed products), and personal care products (e.g., beauty care products). We also can not accept returns of hazardous substances, flammable liquids, or gas. If you have a question or problem about your specific item, please contact us.


Exchanges
The fastest way of guaranteeing that you get what you want is to go back with the product you have in your hands, and once your return has been processed, buy the new product independently.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are being shipped into the European Union, you can cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without reason. Your item must be in the condition it arrived in, unworn or un-used, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will get in touch with you once we've received and reviewed your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or denied. If approved, your automatic refund will be credited to your original payment within 10 business days. Also, remember that it might take a while for your bank or credit card company to process and deposit the refund as well.
